Window Cleaning Technician Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Window Cleaning Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating company vehicles, preparing equipment, and delivering high-quality interior and exterior window cleaning services for residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities Vehicle & Equipment Preparation:

Drive company trucks safely to and from job sites; load and unload ladders, cleaning solutions, squeegees, water-fed poles, and safety gear.

Interior & Exterior Glass Cleaning:

Thoroughly clean indoor and outdoor glass surfaces using professional tools and streak-free methods.

Detailing & Frame Care:

Clean window frames, tracks, and sills to remove dirt, debris, buildup, and cobwebs.

Screen Maintenance:

Remove, hand-wash, wipe down, and re-install window screens.

Job Site Safety & Cleanliness:

Follow safety protocols when working at heights or on ladders, and ensure the customer's property remains clean and undamaged throughout the job. Requirements & Qualifications Valid driver's license with a safe driving record. Physical ability to lift equipment (up to 50+ lbs), climb ladders, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and customer service skills. Experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, or general labor is a plus, but entry-level applicants willing to learn are welcome.

Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 35.0 per week
