A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
We are looking for a cleaning crew member to take care of our facilities and carry out cleaning duties. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition while maintaining enjoyable work conditions for employees. The position includes nightly cleaning of classrooms, restrooms, office spaces, and other common areas of a school building. Operating hours are 4:30pm - 12:30am, Monday - Friday, no weekends or holidays. Each employee is responsible for maintaining their own specific area each night. Responsibilities Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas Notify management of occurring deficiencies Stock and maintain supply rooms Cooperate with the rest of the staff Follow all health and safety regulations
