Position:
Full Time Maintenance /Custodial Year Round Position Hours:
Monday through Friday 6am to 3pm, year around. Includes Diocesan benefits package.Details:
Areas of Responsibility:
Regular cleaning of the school, church, and parish facilities. Assists with set up of tables and chairs at Parish and School events Assists with landscaping maintenance Assists with general maintenance of campus facilities. Operation and maintenance of custodial equipment including vacuums, shampooers, buffers, mops, etc. Assist in all other duties as assigned by Facilities Manager. Occasional weekend hours for events.Requirements:
Qualifications:
Is organized, responsible, dependable, helpful, and works well with others. Solid Communication Skills. Honesty and integrity is a must. Is able to follow directions and work independently. Time management skills Works well around children Must pass a Criminal Background check Able to follow diocesan and parish policy and procedures.Physical Demands:
Must be able to handle various hand tools. Must be able to stand, walk, kneel, climb stairs and ladders, bending. Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more. Must be able to help in cold weather with snow and ice removal.Benefits
