Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for residents. Clean floors using appropriate methods such as sweeping and mopping. Use cleaning detergents and supplies effectively while adhering to safety guidelines for handling chemicals. Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service. Follow established janitorial and custodial procedures to ensure consistent quality across all residential properties. Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled cleaning tasks within designated periods while maintaining thoroughness. Qualifications Prior experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping management, or custodial work is highly desirable. Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely and responsibly while following all safety protocols. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the workday. Basic knowledge of laundry processes and outdoor work experience preferred for versatile cleaning assignments. Reliable source of transportation to and from residences.
