Job Summary We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Professional Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in various residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently and or as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform a variety of cleaning services like sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, polishing, and trash removal. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other assigned areas. Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to company standards. Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies. Notify management of any damages, deficiencies, or needs for repairs. Adhere to all health and safety regulations. Manage time effectively to complete tasks within designated timeframes. Communicate effectively with clients and team members as needed. Handle cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly. Potentially assist with specialized cleaning tasks (e.g., deep cleaning, post-construction cleaning). Qualifications Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper is preferred but not required (we are willing to train the right candidate). Ability to handle basic cleaning equipment and supplies. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies. Familiarity with health and safety standards. Strong attention to detail and thoroughness. Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. Good physical condition and stamina (ability to lift up to 25 lbs, bend, stoop, kneel, and stand for extended periods). Reliable transportation to and from various job sites. A high school diploma or equivalent is a plus. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record if you provide company vehicles or require travel between multiple sites daily.
