Duties Safely operate standard passenger cars, manual transmissions, and delivery vehicles to transport vehicles within the dealership lot and to external locations as needed Assist with vehicle movement for service appointments, test drives, and customer pickups, ensuring a smooth and efficient process Perform heavy lifting tasks such as moving tires, parts, or equipment around the dealership premises while adhering to safety protocols Support guest services by greeting visitors, providing directions, and ensuring a positive experience for all guests Maintain outdoor work areas by keeping the lot clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure safety for staff and guests Support dealership operations by assisting with deliveries, parking management, and vehicle staging as directed by management Skills Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers, team members, and management Proven experience in guest services or hospitality environments that require a friendly attitude and professional demeanor Dealership experience or familiarity with automotive service processes is a plus but not required; training will be provided Ability to operate standard passenger cars and manual transmissions confidently and safely Strong physical stamina for outdoor work involving heavy lifting and extended periods of standing or walking Valid driver's license with clean driving record; delivery driver experience is advantageous Effective communication skills to coordinate tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Embark on a rewarding journey with us!
