Collaborate with Cafeteria Staff and Custodial Staff Supervise each lunch period for Early Kindergarten through 6th Grade (10:30 AM to 12:45 PM) Assist students with opening packaged food, as needed Ensure all students remain in their seats and maintain an appropriate volume Dismiss students to throw away their trash, take up their trays, and line up to leave Oversee dismissal from the lunchroom and direct students out to recess or back to their classrooms Wipe off tables in between lunch periods using cafeteria approved cleaning materials Sweep and/or mop large spills during lunch periods After lunches are over, clean the cafeteria by doing the following: Clean all lunch tables well using cafeteria approved cleaning materials Raise up cafeteria table to sweep and mop the floors Take trash bags out to the dumpsterContract Days:
180 Part-time (10:15 AM to 1:15 PM) Education and/orWork Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Able to work effectively and communicate with a wide range of students, staff and administration. Strong human relations skills, including professional tact, diplomacy and presentation. Multi-tasking ability and strong organizational skills.Physical Requirements:
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
