A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Home Comfort Experts is looking for the best-in-class Drain Cleaning Technician s to join our Plumbing Service team!
Starting Pay:
$22-$28 per hour plus commission
Responsibilities:
Complete all drain cleaning, jetting, and cable work related to in-home service calls. Provide Camera service for mainline stoppages. Describe diagnosed problems to customers and provide solutions. Explains the features and benefits of each solution. Obtain agreement for services before performing work. Unclogs sewers, kitchen and bathroom sinks, tubs, toilets, etc. using plumbing snakes and machines. Establish customer rapport to provide the correct services. Maintain truck inventory of parts and restock truck to minimum stock levels. Be able to successfully perform basic drain cleaning functions using small- to large-sized drain cleaning machines. Have the basic knowledge of how a plumbing system works. Be able to remove and reset a toilet and a p-trap. Operate equipment in a safe manner. Wear all applicable Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, office staff, and co-workers. Provide solutions to sewer and drain problems. Participate in required staff meetings and training.
Requirements:
A good working knowledge of septic systems, sewer and drain systems, and underground piping. Repairing underground drains and sewers using conventional excavation methods or experience using trenchless pipe replacement equipment would be a plus. Personable and professional. High integrity and strong communication skills. Minimum 3 years of experience. Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
