Assist with custodial maintenance tasks such as restocking supplies, minor repairs, and reporting maintenance issues promptly. Support facilities maintenance activities by ensuring common areas are safe, organized, and hygienic. Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial work with a strong understanding of commercial or industrial cleaning procedures. Familiarity with custodial equipment such as vacuum cleaners. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and reaching high or low areas. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to prioritize daily tasks efficiently. Previous experience in facilities maintenance or porter roles is a plus.
