Independent Cleaning Subcontractors - Move-In/Move-Out Services Brandnu Experience is expanding in Indiana and seeking dependable, experienced cleaning subcontractors for move-in and move-out apartment cleaning services. This is an independent subcontractor opportunity—not a traditional employee position. We are looking for motivated cleaners who are dedicated to growing their own cleaning business. You remain your own boss, and Brandnu Experience helps secure cleaning contracts and assign available projects.

Compensation:

Approximately $90-$200 per day Pay varies based on unit size, condition, and assigned workload Payments are issued every two weeks Work is assigned based on availability and business needs

Responsibilities:

Complete detailed move-in and move-out cleanings Clean kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, floors, baseboards, cabinets, windowsills, and other assigned areas Follow property-specific cleaning checklists Submit completion photos when requested Complete assignments by the required deadline Communicate promptly regarding scheduling or property concerns

Ideal Candidates:

Own or operate an independent cleaning business Have move-in, move-out, residential, or apartment cleaning experience Are reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Can manage assignments independently Have dependable transportation Can provide their own cleaning supplies and equipment Are available to accept assignments as they become available Are serious about building a long-term business relationship Subcontractors control which available assignments they accept. The number of assignments and daily earnings are not guaranteed and may vary based on property demand, unit availability, size, and condition.
