What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment, performing various cleaning duties, and ensuring the overall cleanliness of the facility.
- Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Sweep, mop and vacuum
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Notify management of any repairs needed
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Requirements
- Experience in commercial cleaning, industrial cleaning, custodial work, or facilities maintenance is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills
