A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

What We Offer $15.00 per hour Weekly Pay Blue Shift and Gold Shift schedules available Stable employment Supportive team environment Opportunities for advancement Responsibilities Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and remove trash. Clean and sanitize restrooms. Refill soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and other restroom supplies. Clean vents, fixtures, entrances, doors, frames, and facility surfaces. Remove dust, dirt, and debris from assigned work areas. Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE. Complete cleaning assignments according to company and customer standards. Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow written and verbal instructions. Participate in required training and on-the-job training. Accurately clock in and out using company timekeeping procedures. Maintain professionalism while interacting with customers and facility personnel. Perform additional cleaning duties as assigned. Qualifications Ability to follow detailed instructions. Strong attention to detail. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic communication and math skills. Ability to read and understand basic written instructions. Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods. Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl. Regular use of hands and cleaning equipment. Occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds. Additional Requirements Reliable smartphone required for: Timekeeping Employee portal access Company communications Work Environment Commercial and industrial facilities. Active work requiring frequent movement and physical activity. Work Location 100%
