GreenCrest Facility Solutions, LLC South Bend, IN Job Summary GreenCrest Facility Solutions is seeking a dependable and motivated Working Supervisor to oversee daily janitorial operations while assisting with cleaning services as needed. This position is ideal for an individual who leads by example, takes pride in quality work, and enjoys managing teams in a fast-paced environment. The Working Supervisor will be responsible for employee oversight, quality inspections, training, scheduling support, client communication, and ensuring all facilities are serviced according to company standards. Responsibilities Perform commercial cleaning services as needed Conduct routine quality control inspections Train and onboard new employees Ensure all work is completed according to company standards Assist with employee scheduling and shift coverage Respond to call-offs and staffing issues Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment Communicate with clients regarding service requests and concerns Complete inspection reports and documentation Support special projects, floor care, and post-construction cleaning services Promote a positive and professional work environment Qualifications Previous janitorial or facility maintenance experience preferred Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Valid driver's license with reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to work evenings, weekends, and on-call when necessary Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications Preferred Experience Commercial janitorial services Floor care equipment operation Window cleaning Post-construction cleaning Team leadership and employee training Why Join GreenCrest?
