A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
Draper, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a part-time Groundskeeper. The standard work hours will be 4 hours per day, between 7am and 4pm Monday through Friday, with some flexibility available. The primary responsibilities and minimum qualifications are listed below. Primary Responsibilities Maintaining and improving the exterior of the facility through picking up and removing trash and debris from the property and disposing of it. This could also include such activities as spraying weeds, touch-up painting, sweeping parking lots and other areas, removing leaves from sidewalks and doorways, and washing windows and doors, etc. Maintaining and improving the interior of the facility through small cleaning and painting projects.
