Overview We are seeking entry level Production Support Technicians / Technical Cleaners to join our dynamic team working ONSITE at an automobile manufacturing site located in

Responsibilities:

Perform thorough cleaning of affected areas using appropriate methods and tools to prepare spaces for restoration or renovation. Assist with water damage restoration by extracting moisture, cleaning affected surfaces, and supporting drying processes. Conduct fire damage cleanup including debris removal, soot and smoke residue cleaning, and surface sanitation. Support mold remediation efforts by identifying mold growth, setting up containment areas, and executing cleaning protocols. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely for demolition, surface preparation, or debris removal tasks. Assist with asbestos abatement procedures following strict safety guidelines and industry standards. Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, materials used, and safety compliance throughout each project.

Requirements:

Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends Knowledge of cleaning techniques for water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement. Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety protocols at all times. Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards learning new skills in restoration processes. Familiarity with carpet cleaning methods and equipment Prior experience in the restoration industry or related fields such as construction or cleaning is preferred.
