A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
We are currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Janitor. This job is physical labor. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, flexible, and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises. The Janitor will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and dining rooms, and public areas. The use of a ladder is required. There will be training on walker Scrubber machine, Drug Screening, Physical, and background check will be required. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn competitive pay and full-time benefits. Here is a list of some of the job duties: Will be using a Scrubber Machine, walk behind and driving Perform general clean-up of all areas of the building as directed Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests Ensure rooms are maintained and fully equipped Ensure the materials needed to perform job duties stay fully stocked and don't run out. Shift is Monday to Friday 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM -MUST
