A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Immediately hiring for Janitor/ Housekeeper in Camarillo 1st shift 8:00am-4:30pm 2nd shift 3pm-11:30pm Pay $24 Weekly pay

Perform thorough cleaning and disinfection of patient rooms following discharge, including high-touch surfaces, furniture, and medical equipment. Replace linens, restock supplies, and ensure proper waste disposal. Follow infection prevention guidelines and use approved cleaning agents. Work Environment The position is based in a hospital where you will be exposed to undesirable fluids and non-infectious waste throughout the workday, as well as bio-hazardous agents and cleaning chemicals. The role involves frequent interactions with patients, visitors, doctors, nurses, and hospital administrators, requiring a good attitude and strong communication skills. The work is fast-paced, requiring standing for approximately 7 hours a day. The schedule is provided two weeks in advance, with shifts from 8am-4:30pm, and may include working every other weekend or more frequently as needed. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Camarillo, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
