Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Public Area Attendant to join our team. As a Public Area Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of all public areas within our facility. This is a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for our guests. Primary duties, but not limited to:

• Clean and maintain all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum, floors
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners (interior & exterior)
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap
• Sidewalks snow removal as needed
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols

Requirements:

• Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team
