• 4:00 pm Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of residential cleaning technicians, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom sanitation, kitchen cleaning, and floor care Manage time effectively to prioritize jobs and meet scheduling commitments Oversee proper handling of cleaning supplies and equipment, including heavy lifting and manual handling tasks Maintain high levels of customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally Conduct quality checks to ensure all cleaning meets safety and sanitation standards Train new team members on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service expectations Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning with a good attendance•attitude and leadership qualities Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively Knowledge of various cleaning techniques Ability to perform manual handling tasks Excellent time management skills to handle multiple jobs within tight schedules Customer service-oriented mindset with clear communication skills Familiarity with residential Cleaning Previous experience in leadership roles will be advantageous Join us in creating pristine homes while leading a dedicated team!
