This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall presentation of our vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction and a high standard of service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars, excellent customer service skills, and experience in cleaning and detailing. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in vehicle maintenance, detailing, and customer interaction within a professional environment. Duties Perform thorough car washes, including exterior and interior cleaning using appropriate tools and products Conduct detailed interior cleaning such as vacuuming, upholstery cleaning, and window tinting when applicable Buff and polish vehicle surfaces to restore shine and remove minor scratches or imperfections Maintain the cleanliness of the work area, including janitorial duties as needed Assist with vehicle movement around the lot or service area using proper driving techniques Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and ensuring their vehicles meet quality standards before delivery Support additional custodial or janitorial tasks to uphold the facility's cleanliness standards Perform routine inspections to ensure vehicles are cleaned to company specifications Requirements Prior experience in car wash, detailing, buffing, or custodial work is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred for vehicle movement responsibilities Experience with window tinting or automotive detailing is a plus Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail to ensure high-quality results on every vehicle handled Physical ability to stand for extended periods, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed This role is vital in delivering exceptional vehicle presentation while maintaining a safe and clean environment.
