Schedule:

11:00AM-7:30PM- Rotating schedule. Working every other weekend. Hours may vary depending on need. May have to come in earlier to assist the day cleaners as needed.

Pay:

$23/hr This position is in a behavioral health facility. Must be ok working in a clinical setting around patients.

The responsibilities include:

Supervision of on-site janitorial staff Resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner Helping plan and prepare work schedules Promoting and maintaining a safe work environment Maintaining accurate records Working with Area Manager to ensure quality standards are met Other job duties as needed This is a working position. Cleaning required. Empty trash containers Clean bathrooms Vacuum all carpeted floors Dust, mop, and sweep hard floors Dust all horizontal surfaces high and low Remove fingerprints and marks from glass and stainless-steel surfaces Maintain the cleanliness of closets and storage areas Notify Area Manager of any problems Perform other janitorial duties as required Other requirements Reliable transportation and strong attendance record Professional and well-groomed appearance Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds Must be able to stand/walk for the entirety of the shift Why Work for Modern Maintenance?
