We provide paid training. Pay & Incentives $18.00-$19.50 per hour , based on experience and qualifications Client tips Mileage reimbursement and wages for qualifying travel between client assignments Paid training Additional performance and recognition incentives may be available Part-Time Scheduling We hire part-time employees around a combination of consistent employee availability and client-service needs . Part-time team members generally work approximately 20-30 hours per week during weekday daytime hours. Actual hours may vary based on employee availability, client demand, scheduling needs, and business conditions. Applicants should be able to provide a reliable recurring weekly availability schedule . Once scheduled, employees are expected to report consistently and complete their assigned work. What You'll Do As a Cleaning Technician, you will travel to client homes and provide professional residential cleaning services in accordance with Company procedures and client instructions.

Typical responsibilities include:

Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other designated spaces Following client job notes, cleaning checklists, and Company procedures Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and performing other residential cleaning tasks Using Company-approved cleaning products, tools, and equipment Performing quality checks to help ensure consistent service Communicating professionally with clients, coworkers, and office staff Completing required service documentation Traveling between assigned client locations during the workday Following Company safety, equipment-care, timekeeping, and operational procedures What We're Looking For You do not need professional cleaning experience. We are looking for people who are: Dependable and punctual Hard-working and willing to learn Detail-oriented Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Professional when interacting with clients Able to follow established procedures and instructions Able to maintain consistent recurring weekday availability Comfortable traveling between client homes during the workday Driving Requirements Because Cleaning Technicians travel between client homes, applicants must generally have: A valid driver's license Reliable access to a personal vehicle Current automobile insurance An acceptable driving record Mileage reimbursement and wages provided for qualifying travel between client assignments in accordance with Company policy. Physical Requirements Residential cleaning is active work.
