Cleaning Technician

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of cleanliness. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to ensure a clean and safe environment. Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment using appropriate cleaning supplies and techniques. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to maintain consistency in service. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when reordering is necessary. Requirements Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Must be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Familiarity with safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus.
