Job Responsibilities Perform general janitorial and industrial cleaning throughout the plant Sweep, mop, scrub, and clean floors and work areas Remove trash, debris, dust, and other materials from designated areas Clean around production and manufacturing areas as directed Wipe down surfaces, equipment exteriors, walls, workstations, and other designated areas Assist with detailed cleaning and organization throughout the facility Maintain clean aisles, walkways, common areas, and designated workspaces Dispose of trash and cleaning materials properly Follow all plant safety procedures and cleaning instructions Work with the team to ensure assigned areas are completed and ready for the upcoming audit Perform other cleaning and facility-support duties as assigned Requirements Must be able to work in a manufacturing/industrial plant environment Steel-toe shoes or boots are required Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift Must be dependable and able to report to work as scheduled for the duration of the project Ability to follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions Previous janitorial, industrial cleaning, housekeeping, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
