We are seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time Janitorial Supervisor to oversee our cleaning staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards of cleanliness. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay:

$24.00 per hour. The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with scheduling software and inventory management systems. Knowledge of green cleaning practices and sustainability initiatives. Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred Supervise and coordinate the work of janitorial staff to ensure that all areas are cleaned and maintained according to company standards. Schedule and assign cleaning tasks, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient use of resources. Train and onboard new janitorial staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality performance. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met. Address and resolve any issues or complaints related to cleaning services. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Prepare and maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, staff schedules, and maintenance issues. Communicate effectively with staff, management, and clients to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services. Assist with cleaning tasks as needed, especially in high-demand situations. Develop and implement cleaning procedures and best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
