Duties Perform thorough cleaning of floors, surfaces, windows, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure recycling procedures are followed diligently Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to maintain optimal hygiene standards Maintain cleaning equipment by regularly inspecting and reporting any issues or repairs needed Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or requested by management Report any maintenance issues or hazards promptly to ensure swift resolution Skills Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for cleanliness and organization Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively Good physical stamina to perform manual tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Excellent communication skills to follow instructions clearly and collaborate with team members Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety procedures is preferred but not required Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude towards maintaining high standards of hygiene Prior experience in cleaning or custodial work is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided Embark on a fulfilling career where your efforts directly contribute to creating a pristine environment that everyone can enjoy!
