Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Position Summary The Post-Construction Cleaner is responsible for performing detailed cleaning services at newly constructed or renovated commercial facilities before they are turned over to the customer. This position removes construction dust, debris, adhesives, stickers, and other materials while ensuring the facility is clean, safe, and presentation-ready. Team members are expected to work efficiently while maintaining FMS quality and safety standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform rough, final, and touch-up cleaning following construction or renovation projects.
- Remove dust, dirt, and construction debris from all surfaces.
- Clean walls, ceilings, doors, trim, baseboards, light fixtures, windows, mirrors, and glass.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and detail clean all finished surfaces.
- Remove labels, tape, paint overspray, caulk, and adhesive residue without damaging surfaces.
- Clean cabinets, countertops, shelving, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Operate vacuums, auto scrubbers, buffers, and other cleaning equipment safely.
- Dispose of construction debris properly.
- Report damage, hazards, or incomplete work to the supervisor.
- Follow OSHA requirements, PPE standards, and FMS safety procedures.
- Represent FMS professionally and perform other assigned duties. Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Commercial or post-construction cleaning experience preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
- Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach throughout the workday.
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures.
