What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
Fulfills contractual requirements by maintaining an attractive, sanitary, and safe facility for clients, employees, staff, and the public; minimizing property damage, loss, and liability exposure. Work will be accomplished in a safe and productive manner following all OSHA standards.
