Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Detailed & Pressure Washer Technician to join our dynamic automotive cleaning and detailing team. Your expertise in pressure washing, vehicle paint correction, buffing, and interior detailing will ensure our customers' vehicles look their best. Responsibilities Operate pressure washers and cleaning equipment safely to thoroughly wash vehicle exteriors, including windows, wheels, and body panels Perform vehicle paint correction and buffing using automotive buffers to restore paint clarity and shine Conduct vehicle interior detailing, including vacuuming, upholstery cleaning, and dashboard polishing Apply window tinting services when required, ensuring proper installation without damage Maintain vehicle cleanliness throughout the process by following proper custodial and janitorial practices Use manual transmissions confidently when driving vehicles within the auto detailing facility or for test drives Follow safe work practices at all times, including proper handling of chemicals, buffers, and cleaning tools to prevent accidents or damage Assist with heavy lifting tasks related to equipment setup or moving vehicles as needed Ensure all vehicles meet quality standards before customer delivery by inspecting for cleanliness and finish quality Maintain a clean and organized auto detailing facility to promote safety and efficiency Qualifications Experience operating standard passenger cars confidently, including manual transmission vehicles Knowledge of safe work practices related to vehicle cleaning and detailing processes Familiarity with vehicle paint correction techniques and automotive buffing tools Prior experience in auto detailing facilities or car washes is highly desirable Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while handling cleaning equipment or moving vehicles Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude towards clients' vehicles Basic understanding of window tinting procedures is a plus Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety You must have a valid drivers' license and pass a background check.
