Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate janitorial staff to ensure efficient completion of cleaning tasks across multiple locations Develop work schedules, assign duties, and monitor team performance to meet operational goals Conduct regular inspections of facilities to verify cleanliness, sanitation, and adherence to safety regulations Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and sanitation protocols in line with industry standards Oversee the use of cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring proper maintenance and inventory management Enforce safety regulations related to industrial cleaning, chemical handling, and equipment operation Address customer service concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience for building occupants and visitors Implement cleaning & sanitation management procedures for commercial spaces, including laundry and hospitality areas Lead team meetings to communicate expectations, provide feedback, and foster a collaborative work environment Experience Proven supervisory experience in janitorial services or custodial management within industrial or commercial settings Extensive custodial experience with a strong understanding of cleaning, sanitation, and safety regulations Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and motivate staff toward high performance Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment, chemicals, and best practices for maintaining hygiene standards Experience in hospitality or housekeeping management is a plus Strong managerial communication skills to coordinate with staff and clients effectively Prior experience overseeing laundry operations or specialized cleaning tasks is advantageous
