In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and overall sanitation of our commercial businesses during evening hours. Your efforts will help create a welcoming environment for staff, visitors, and clients alike. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with janitorial experience for those who take pride in maintaining cleanliness and safety. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas. Handle various chemical agents safely for cleaning and sanitation purposes. Conduct some lifting tasks involving cleaning supplies or trash disposal. Maintain cleanliness by dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment. Follow safety protocols diligently during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries. Reporting issues to management. Requirements Must have own transportation. Janitorial or custodial experience in commercial settings. Knowledge of cleaning techniques. Ability to handle chemical agents safely while following all chemical handling safety procedures. Physical capability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently during evening hours. Good communication and customer service-oriented attitude when interacting with staff or visitors.
