This position performs routine environmental services, cleaning, sanitation, floor care, and facility-maintenance duties in accordance with established Clean Check standards. Manager-in-Training Opportunity This position also serves as a Manager-in-Training (MIT) opportunity for individuals interested in growing into a leadership role as we expand within the market. The MIT pathway is designed to develop future site and market leaders through hands-on operational experience, quality-control training, client-service exposure, team coordination, and Clean Check operating standards. MIT candidates are expected to first demonstrate excellence in the field. As additional accounts and team members are added, qualified candidates may be considered for increased responsibility, including training new Service Experts, completing quality inspections, assisting with scheduling and supply management, communicating operational concerns, and helping oversee multiple locations. Growth into management is performance- and business-growth-based and is not guaranteed by tenure alone. We are looking for someone who wants to learn the operation from the ground up and be positioned for greater responsibility as the market develops. Then under Responsibilities, I'd add: Learn Clean Check operational, safety, sanitation, and quality-control standards. Complete assigned services consistently and independently. Assist with onboarding and field training of new Service Experts as assigned. Learn inspection, documentation, supply-control, scheduling, and client-service procedures. Identify service issues and communicate corrective-action needs to management. Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, leadership, and accountability suitable for future supervisory responsibility. Support additional locations as the local market expands.
