Environmental Aide

Colfax Nursing and Rehab is looking to add staff members to its Environmental Department. This position carries the responsibility of ensuring the facility is clean and sanitized daily. Protecting the health and safety of its residents and co-workers is our main goal. This position requires an individual that is willing to learn and grown with the facility and its policies. Direct Supervisor will make daily visits to ensure processes are being followed once training period is completed. Environmental services include sweeping, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, removing trash, other repetitive cleaning actions/motions, laundry services and general cleanliness of the facility. Transporation to and from the facility is required as staff is held to a strict attendance policy.
