Must be able to clean very detailed and move from building to building. Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our dynamic team. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks across multiple commercial settings, including offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities. Utilize specialized cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, scrubbers, and carpet cleaners to maintain floors, carpets, and surfaces. Handle cleaning chemicals safely, including floor cleaning chemicals, floor waxing agents, and other chemical agents used in environmental services. Conduct floor scrubbing, buffing, polishing, refinishing, and waxing to ensure floors are spotless and well-maintained. Carry out heavy lifting tasks involving cleaning supplies or equipment, adhering to proper manual handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and common areas by sanitizing surfaces and replenishing supplies. Follow all safety protocols related to chemical handling and equipment operation to ensure a safe working environment. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally during cleaning routines. Document completed tasks accurately in logs or reports as required by management. Experience Previous janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or environmental services is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate. Familiarity with floor care techniques such as floor buffing, refinishing, waxing, and carpet cleaning is advantageous. Experience operating cleaning equipment including floor scrubbers, buffers, vacuums, and carpet cleaners is highly desirable. Knowledge of safety procedures related to chemical handling and manual handling practices is essential. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
