Job Description
Position Summary Eagle Plumbing Repairs & Drain Cleaning is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Service Plumber to diagnose, repair, install, and maintain residential and light commercial plumbing systems. Our technicians are trusted professionals who provide honest recommendations, exceptional workmanship, and five-star customer service. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, mechanically skilled, safety-conscious, and committed to delivering quality work while representing Eagle Plumbing with integrity and professionalism. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Plumbing Repairs Diagnose plumbing problems accurately. Repair water, drain, sewer, and gas piping systems. Perform drain cleaning using cable machines and hydro jetting equipment. Repair and replace water heaters (tank and tankless). Repair and replace sewer lines. Repair and replace water service lines. Repair slab leaks and underground piping. Perform fixture installations and repairs. Install garbage disposals, faucets, toilets, sinks, tubs, and showers. Repair leaking pipes and valves. Perform whole-home water repipes. Complete sewer tunnel repairs and trench sewer replacements. Install and repair backflow prevention devices when qualified. Diagnostic Responsibilities Perform video sewer inspections. Locate underground sewer and water lines. Conduct leak detection. Perform hydrostatic testing. Diagnose sewer stoppages. Inspect cast iron drain systems. Determine repair options. Document findings with photographs and video. Customer Service Responsibilities Arrive on time and professionally dressed. Introduce yourself to customers. Explain plumbing problems clearly. Present repair options honestly. Educate customers on preventative maintenance. Answer customer questions professionally. Obtain customer approval before beginning work. Collect payment upon completion. Leave the work area cleaner than you found it. Request customer reviews after successful service. Daily Responsibilities Review schedule before leaving for first call. Inspect company vehicle daily. Maintain stocked inventory. Complete all required paperwork. Submit job photos. Upload invoices and reports. Maintain communication with dispatch. Follow company safety procedures. Attend weekly training meetings. Keep truck clean and organized.
