Job Description
Back Custodian @ Stuller Description Our Maintenance department plays a vital role in ensuring the ongoing functionality and upkeep of our equipment, machinery, and facilities. Composed of skilled professionals—including custodians, electricians, and AC technicians—they manage routine and facility maintenance, respond to emergencies, handle inventory, and perform equipment calibration, all while upholding safety, reliability, and operational efficiency. Custodians are responsible for maintaining clean and orderly facilities. Their duties include heavy cleaning tasks such as floor maintenance, carpet shampooing, washing walls and windows, and waste removal. They also notify management of any necessary repairs, contributing to the overall condition and functionality of the building.
