A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a skilled Drain Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating Spartan Jetter Machine, Commercial Plumbing Repairs, Grease Traps, HVAC, construction plumbing and related fields. As a Drain Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving drainage issues in commercial settings.
Duties:
- Inspect and diagnose drainage problems.
- Perform drain cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Repair or replace damaged pipes and fixtures
- Utilize power tools for excavation and repair work
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain accurate records of services provided
Skills:
- Experience in pipe jetting, plumbing, HVAC, or related fields
- Knowledge of construction plumbing techniques.
- Proficiency with power tools for excavation and repair tasks
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Ability to use pipe threading equipment
- Commercial driving experience is a plus
- Clean driving record is required
- Carpentry or maintenance person skills are beneficial.
