What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
The Warehouse Maintenance associate helps keep the warehouse in a clean and orderly condition. He or she is tasked with ensuring that all areas of the warehouse property are organized, clean, and sanitary. Today, Replacement Parts, Inc. and Crow Burlingame is made up of a corporate staff and several different companies, including Parts Warehouse Inc. (PWI). We employ more than 1,400 employees, in twelve (12) states, working at approximately 220 locations, all operating in the aftermarket automotive parts, paint and heavy-duty parts business. In 2019, our company celebrated 100 years of serving our communities as a privately held business with most of our employees spending the majority of their working lives as part of the "Bumper to Bumper Auto Parts" family. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Follows all safety procedures and guidelines
- Cleans up accidents and spills
- Performs general maintenance tasks including assembly, repair, and moving of general warehouse and office equipment
- Maintains building, performing minor and routine painting and other related maintenance activities.
- Helps maintain the totes
- Notifies management concerning the need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.
- Cares for lawn and parking lot, including mowing, cleanup, and application of deicer as required
- Delivers parts to customers as needed
