We value proactive individuals who thrive in hands-on roles and are eager to support. Duties Clean stalls, barns, and surrounding areas. Assist with livestock handling, including feeding, watering, and basic health checks. Operate power tools safely and efficiently. Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on equipment using hand tools, welding, or mechanical knowledge. Feed mules, mucking stalls, sweeping barn Office tiding, sweep / mop office, daily care for barn cat, and ensuring clean restroom weekly Ensure compliance with safety standards in all tasks, including manual handling and heavy lifting procedures. equipment maintenance daily activities to support barn operations, such as changing carriage wheels and checking integrity of springs on carriages Requirements Large animal and outdoor work experience preferred, not required Mechanical knowledge related to farm machinery repair and maintenance; welding skills are advantageous. Strong animal care skills with experience in animal husbandry and livestock handling a plus, but not required Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting safely and efficiently. Knowledge of safety standards in production environments to ensure a secure workspace. Basic math skills for measurements, record keeping, and inventory management.
