Duties Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using commercial cleaning equipment and supplies Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain pristine surfaces Handle custodial tasks including trash removal, dusting, window washing, and sanitation of high-touch areas Maintain a clean and organized work environment by following established cleaning protocols and safety Requirements Proven experience in janitorial or custodial work within commercial or industrial settings Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods including buffing and polishing, and use of cleaning machinery Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy supplies, standing for extended periods, and bending or reaching Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices and basic repair skills is preferred Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately Previous porter or custodial experience is a plus; certification in industrial cleaning or related fields is advantageous Join us in creating a clean, safe, and inviting environment!
