Job Description

Primary responsibilities:

Daily cleaning of common areas, including hallways and restrooms
Basic building maintenance and repairs, such as light painting and changing light bulbs
Basic landscape maintenance of outside areas, as needed Required qualifications:
Strong attention to detail
Dependability
Excellent communication skills, including fluency in English and a sound understanding of written English Hours are 7:00 AM to 3:45 PM, Monday through Friday.
