Porter

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Porter to join our team. The Porter will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility, ensuring a welcoming environment for both guests and staff. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle various tasks efficiently while adhering to safety and cleanliness standards. Duties Maintain the cleanliness of all common areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and outdoor spaces. Assist with the setup and breakdown of events or meetings as needed. Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables throughout the facility. Perform routine inspections of the premises to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards. Restock supplies in restrooms and common areas as necessary. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and responding to their inquiries. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations within the facility. Qualifications Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
