Job Summary We are seeking a motivated, RELIABLE and detail-oriented Pressure Washer and Gutter Cleaning Technician to join our team. MUST have valid driving license and vehicle with ladder racks. In this role, you will be responsible for operating high-powered pressure washing equipment to clean and restore a variety of surfaces. Your expertise will help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of our clients' facilities and assets. Responsibilities Operate pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently on various surfaces such as concrete, metal, and wood to remove dirt, grime, mold, and other residues Prepare work sites by setting up ladders other access equipment as needed for high or hard-to-reach areas Comfortable getting up on roofs with flatter pitches to clean algae, lichen, and moss with specialized solutions. Perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of equipment and materials to ensure thorough cleaning results Perform cleaning of gutter and downspouts Follow all safety protocols related to ladder use, chemical handling, and outdoor work conditions to prevent accidents or injuries Experience Hands-on experience operating pressure washers or similar equipment is highly desirable Knowledge of outdoor work conditions and safety procedures for heavy lifting and manual handling tasks Experience working at heights using ladders Demonstrated ability to perform physically demanding tasks while maintaining attention to detail

Pay:

$30.00 - $45.00 per hour
