Presently seeking a Warehouse Janitor for our Maintenance Department to join our rapidly growing Team. This position will report directly to the Director of Facilities and Maintenance. This is a 1st shift position. The hours are Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm. The pay will be \$15.25/hr.

Warehouse Janitor Responsibilities:

General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition. Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors. Disposing of trash and emptying trash receptacles. Clean and stock restrooms. Clean up spills with appropriate equipment. Maintaining inventory of cleaning agents and equipment Perform minor repairs. Notify supervisors or managers of major repairs.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Experience as custodian, janitor or in a similar role preferred. Knowledge of use and maintenance of industrial cleaning equipment and appliances Knowledge of safe disposal of chemical liquids and other hazardous components Familiarity with basic landscaping and handyman practices

Required Skills/Abilities:

Good communication skills Attention to detail and conscientiousness. Adhering to safety guidelines and procedures. Must have the ability to do simple math such as

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous work experience within the last 2 years preferred. Entry level position

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
