The Town of Concord is seeking an energetic, team-oriented, self-starter to join our Facilities team as a Building Custodian. This is an opportunity to have a direct, meaningful impact on people's lives by performing cleaning and basic maintenance of public buildings (not schools) to ensure safe, clean and sanitary facilities. Position requires equivalent to a high school education and 1 year of related experience, good communication and basic computer skills. Candidates must have a valid Driver's License.

Work Schedule:

5 consecutive workdays per week, including weekends, generally 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. There is flexibility in determining the specific five-day schedule based on availability.

Starting salary range:

$25.80 to $30.84 per hour , starting pay rate depending on qualifications, plus paid leave, health, dental, and vision insurance, and pension benefits. This is a full-time position. Appointment of the final candidate will be contingent upon the results of pre-placement conditions including criminal and motor vehicle record checks, a physical exam, and a drug screening.
