Job Description

Help Create a Clean, Safe, and Welcoming Environment Join our team as an Environmental Services Associate, where your work plays a vital role in patient safety, infection prevention, and overall experience. In this role, you'll help maintain a clean, sanitary, and comfortable environment for patients, visitors, and staff across our healthcare facility. Reporting to the Supervisor of Environmental Services, you will follow established cleaning and safety protocols while collaborating with team members and Group Leaders to ensure high standards are consistently met. What You'll Do Clean and sanitize patient rooms, common areas, and staff spaces according to Environmental Services (EVS) standards Follow established infection control and safety guidelines Restock supplies and maintain organized work areas Respond promptly to cleaning requests and support patient flow Work independently and as part of a team to meet daily priorities Interact respectfully with patients, visitors, and staff to support a positive environment What You Bring Required Education High school diploma or equivalent preferred Preferred Experience Previous cleaning, housekeeping, or environmental services experience (healthcare setting is a plus) Licensure & Certification None required Key Skills & Strengths Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Ability to work independently and collaboratively Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols Effective communication skills in English (reading, writing, and speaking) Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Why Join Us?
