While Quality Cleans LLC is a newly established company, it is built on over 10 years of hands-on experience in the cleaning industry. Our owner, Shelly Thibeau, previously co-owned and operated Scott?s Cleaning Service alongside her husband. Together, they grew the business from the ground up, starting with just a vehicle, basic supplies, and a home office, into a company with over 15 employees and two operating locations. Following the passing of her husband, Shelly made the decision to close Scott?s Cleaning Service and move forward with a fresh vision. Quality Cleans LLC was created as a rebrand and reset, with a strong focus on improving systems, strengthening team culture, and raising the overall standard of service.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall hygiene of residential spaces. Your energetic approach and commitment to excellence will ensure that each home you service is spotless, sanitized, and welcoming. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
  • Maintain organization of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Communicate professionally with clients and team members.
  • Report issues or damage and follow company procedures for care and safety.
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
  • Previous custodial or janitorial experience in residential or commercial settings is highly desirable but not required.
  • Background in housekeeping management is a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills essential.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver\'s license required.
