Conduct floor care procedures such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain a spotless appearance. Handle janitorial tasks including trash removal, dusting surfaces, cleaning windows, and restocking supplies to ensure facilities are well-maintained. Execute specialized custodial tasks such as industrial cleaning or commercial cleaning projects as needed. Maintain cleanliness during shift by adhering to established protocols for safety and efficiency. Assist with minor maintenance tasks like touch-up painting or light repairs to support overall facility upkeep. Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Complete detailed shift reports documenting completed tasks and any issues encountered during the cleaning process. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures. Prior experience in floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping, or polishing is highly desirable. Knowledge of commercial or industrial cleaning methods and equipment. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned and maintained. Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift. Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties within scheduled hours on weekends. Flexibility to work exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays with reliable attendance.
