Adecco Staffing is partnering with a local manufacturer in Attleboro, MA to fill a 2nd shift Janitorial position. The schedule is M-F 3PM-12AM and the starting rate for this role is $20 per hour.

Job Summary:

The Janitor is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance across three company locations. This position performs a variety of cleaning and facility support tasks to ensure all buildings, common areas, restrooms, offices, and manufacturing areas remain clean, safe, and presentable. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors throughout all assigned locations. Clean and sanitize all restrooms daily. Clean glass, windows, and mirrors throughout the facilities. Clean conference rooms, including tables and floors, and remove trash. Restock restroom supplies daily and as needed. Clean counters and tables and maintain kitchen areas with necessary supplies. Clean refrigerators and microwaves as needed. Collect and dispose of trash from front offices, kitchens, departments, and other designated areas. Monitor and order cleaning and kitchen supplies as needed. Assist with deep-cleaning projects throughout departments and cleanroom areas. Notify supervisors or managers of major maintenance or repair issues. Follow established daily cleaning schedules and procedures. Complete assigned tasks efficiently and with minimal supervision. Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment. Perform other cleaning and facility-related duties as assigned. Qualifications and Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred. Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize daily responsibilities. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to safely handle a variety of cleaning chemicals and supplies. Ability to operate basic cleaning equipment. Basic computer skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to follow established cleaning schedules and procedures. Ability to lift and move items weighing 50 pounds or more. Pay Details:
