A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Location:
Northborough, Massachusetts Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours per week
Hours:
Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (? hour unpaid lunch at 12:00 PM)
Job Duties May Include:
\~ Dumping trash \~ Cleaning and stocking bathrooms \~ Dusting and disinfecting surfaces \~ Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming \~ Cleaning vents \~ Cleaning 1st-level windows and glass \~ Other general cleaning duties as assigned
Compensation:
\~ \$18 per hour \~
Sign-on Bonus:
\$150 after 30 days of service and \$200 after 90 days \~ Free group life insurance policy \~ 401(k) eligibility after 60 days
Requirements:
